I offer three types of conflict support services.
- Mediation for groups of 2-4 people who are struggling to find common ground and a path forward through a disagreement.
- Accountability Coaching for communities in which an incident of harm has occurred. This includes working any or all the people involved. Including those who caused harm, those who were impacted, and those who are trying to decide what to do about it.
- Group Process for organizations, boards, communities, or teams which are stymied by a conflict they can't yet move through. This approach is appropriate for groups of any size who want live, interactive support to say what needs to be said, listen to what needs to be heard, and discover what needs to change for things to get back on track.
